One of the DC Generals orginal players. Congratulations Ofc Clifton MacerPFC Clifton Macer has been the school resource officer at Lake Elkhorn and Oakland Mills Middle Schools since 2014 and has been with the Howard County Police Department for eight years. He worked in patrol and in the criminal investigations bureau before becoming an SRO. He spent 25 years with the Baltimore Police Department and received two bronze stars and a silver star for bravery before retiring as a Detective Sergeant and joining Howard County police. PFC Macer Is a member of the department’s honor guard, regularly sings the national anthem at police events and was named community service officer of the year in 2017. He also is a volunteer firefighter and EMT with the Woodlawn Volunteer Fire Company. PFC Macer is an avid athlete and coaches the Lake Elkhorn basketball team. ... See MoreSee Less
